Good Circulation

Good Circulation

"Eat, drink and sleep", you may think it is routine, but do not underestimate the benefits brought by these habits. Sweating, and defecating function well, which is the great freedom in our life. Moving around, sleeping deeply, and enjoying food and drink.

Constipation is commonly found in elderly people, which diet and massage can help with. It is recommended to drink 6-8 glasses of water in the daytime. If you don’t like drinking water, try adding fresh lemon juice or 1-2 mint leaves into the water; have more high-fiber vegetables such as onions and broccoli.

To avoid making diabetes (type 2) worse, we will skip the part about fruit here. At the same time, we can prepare a stool for the senior citizen in the washroom, and let the body lean forward slightly which also helps.

Massage after 1 hour (at least) of the meal. How to massage the abdomen? Assume the navel is the center, apply some carrier oil, overlap both hands, and massage clockwise with palms for around 5 minutes to 10 minutes.

If you want to strengthen the effect, you can add 4 drops of citrus essential oil (diluted at 2%) into 10ml of carrier oil. Citrus sinensis, Citrus x aurantium and Cirtus reticulata are good choices.
